Sponsoring a unique service to our members
MassMATE provides a number of services to the mathematics education community, both members and non-members. Sponsors receive most prominent exhibitor tables at the conference, and are featured in the conference program, online, and in the MassMATE newsletter.
MassMATE welcomes sponsors to take on the costs of services such as:
- Special mailings
- Conference-related
- announcement mailing
- travel grants for speakers
- meals for attendees
- name tag holders
- program printing
- conference folders
- conference folder stuffers (pens, notebooks, etc.)
MassMATE will be happy to work with you to ensure that the sponsorship is meaningful to both your company and our members.

Advertising in "Mathachusetts"
MassMATE publishes advertisements related to Mathematics Education in the Mathachusetts newsletter. Copies of the newsletter are e-mailed to all active MassMATE members three times a year and posted on our website.
Submission deadlines for advertisements:
Winter Issue: October 30
Spring Issue: March 15
Fall Issue: August 15
Price per issue:
1/2 page: $300
1/4 page: $150
1/8 page: $75
Annual Price:
Companies can purchase advertisement space on an annual basis (3 issues) at a reduced price. However, in order to maintain the dynamic feel of Mathachusetts, we welcome companies to modify their advertisement with each issue.

Exhibiting at the 2016 Conference
Annually, MassMATE brings together mathematics teacher educators from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. In 2012, 260 leaders in mathematics education attended our conference and filled the venue to capacity. This year we are opening the conference to 400 attendees and expect to fill every seat.
MassMATE is again offering mathematics education-related companies an opportunity to come in direct contact with our influential and involved members during our 2016 conference. The grand ballroom will be devoted to exhibitors and meals. In order to increase opportunities for participants to spend time with exhibitors, talks will be staggered and lunch will have two seatings. Exhibitors will be invited to contribute minor conference materials (including pens, pencils, paper pads, etc) which will be placed in conference bags.
